# How to redeem

Redeem of the invested / participated portion is just one step different from participation (See [**How to Participate**](https://docs.dvol.finance/filecoin-vaults/fil-dual-coin-vaults/user-guide/how-to-participate)), instead of "Deposit" now:

1. Un-enable **Auto Reinvest**
2. **Withdraw** desired amount

And please note there only two scenarios that user can "Withdraw"

1. The pool failed to launch (below minimum launch size), then user can Withdraw immediately after the end of Subscription period
2. When the OL Pool completes its cycle according the Vault Timeline (exact redeemable time is given too)

Weekly Settlement Timeline shows at the bottom of each Pool details page, and please do remember to Subscribe the Notification, through which you will get notified once Redeem is available

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.dvol.finance/options-liquidity-pools-olp/user-guide/how-to-redeem.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
